  • Device Information: We may collect basic device info (model, OS version) for performance optimization.

  • Text Data: The resulting tasks generated by the app.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide the core speech-to-task functionality.

  • To improve the user interface and app performance.

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Processing

To perform speech recognition, your audio data is securely transmitted to third-party API providers. These providers process the data solely to return text to the app. We ensure that our partners adhere to strict data security standards.

4. Data Retention

We do not store your voice recordings, tasks, or summaries on our servers. All processed data remains strictly on your local device. Users can delete their tasks, checklists, and notes directly within the app at any time. Once deleted, this data is removed permanently and cannot be recovered by us.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your audio and text data during transmission and storage.

6. Children’s Privacy

TaskCribe is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
