Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Taskcribe AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Taskcribe AI is a speech-to-task productivity tool. The app utilizes third-party APIs to process audio and convert speech into structured text-based tasks.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Taskcribe AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions to provide premium features.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

  • Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.

  • Cancellations: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

4. Third-Party Services

Taskcribe AI relies on third-party API providers for speech recognition. By using this app, you acknowledge that your voice data may be processed by these providers to deliver the service. We are not responsible for any downtime or errors caused by these third-party services.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the app’s infrastructure.

  • Upload audio content that violates any third-party rights or privacy.

6. Intellectual Property

All app design, logos, and software are the exclusive property of Taskcribe. Your generated tasks remain your property, but the underlying technology is protected by copyright.

7. Limitation of Liability

Taskcribe is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of data, task inaccuracies, or any incidental damages arising from the use of the application.

8. Privacy Policy
